The spokesperson, Richard Hecht, mentioned that they have control over the border with Gaza for the most part. He also said that no one has crossed the border since last night, but there is still a possibility of infiltrations.

Hecht revealed that the military has sent 35 battalions to the border area. They are working on building infrastructure for future operations.

Hamas militants attacked Israel by breaking through the border fence and firing rockets, killing more than 900 people in Israel. In response, Israel has been launching massive air and artillery attacks on Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip. This has resulted in the death of at least 687 people in Gaza.

Early on Tuesday, the Israeli military targeted what they claimed were Hamas locations in Gaza, especially in the Rimal neighborhood and the southern city of Khan Yunis. Please Share This News Thank You
